Shipping Policy

Production Time
Every SkiLego mask is made to order. Please allow up to 30 days for production before your order ships. These aren't ready-made or in-stock items — production begins only after your order is placed, so placing an order is essentially a preorder.

Delivery Time
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow it the whole way.

Order Tracking
Once your tracking number arrives, allow 24-48 hours for it to activate in the carrier's system. If you haven't received tracking within 32 days of your order, contact us at skilego@outlook.com.

Shipping Delays
Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, and high order volume around the holidays can occasionally extend these windows.
